Terms of Use and Licence
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the grevity.app website and the Grevity offline pendrive edition. They form part of the agreement between you ("you", "the customer") and Infinitix IT Solutions, a proprietorship based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("Grevity", "we", "us"). Before payment, we share the price and links to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. By accepting the purchase terms and completing payment, you agree to the version shared for your purchase, subject to applicable law.
2. Using our website
The website describes Grevity and lets you book a free demo. We try to keep it accurate, but features and prices may change; the price and terms confirmed to you before you pay are the ones that apply to your purchase. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is charged extra as per law.
3. Your licence
When you pay, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Grevity for your own business for the licence year you paid for.
- The licence is tied to your licensed pendrive, not to a computer. You can move the pendrive between Windows computers.
- One licence runs on one computer at a time. Using Grevity on several computers at the same time needs additional licences — ask us for a quote.
- You can manage more than one business (firm) within the multi-company feature of your licence.
4. Price and payment
- First year: ₹3,999 + GST (launch offer). This includes the licensed pendrive, setup, data import, training and support.
- Every year after that: annual licence renewal, currently ₹2,999 + GST, which includes updates and support for the renewed year.
- There are no monthly fees and no per-invoice charges.
Before you pay, we confirm the total amount payable including GST, and any charges not included in the quoted price. Renewal is not automatic: you pay for each renewal yourself. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.
The renewal price shown above is the current published price and may change for future years. Any change will be communicated before payment is requested for a future licence year, and will not alter the price or duration of a licence period already paid for.
5. Licence year and renewal
Your licence year starts on the day Grevity is activated and ends one year later. We will confirm your licence activation and expiry dates in writing when your licence is activated. You may also request these details from us at any time. Renewal payment must be completed by the expiry date to keep creating and editing entries without interruption.
There is no grace period. If renewal is not completed by the expiry date, Grevity becomes read-only from the next day. In read-only mode you can still view, back up and export your existing records, but you cannot create or edit entries.
When you renew, full access returns and your records are just as you left them.
Your data after expiry: your records remain on your pendrive, provided it is accessible and functioning. After expiry, you can continue using the available backup and export features without renewing. Our support team can assist with data-access and export questions.
6. Delivery, setup and support
- We courier the licensed pendrive anywhere in India. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier; if we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will tell you and discuss the available remedies.
- Setup, data import and training happen by phone, WhatsApp or screen share, or in person where our team can reach.
- Support is available in Gujarati, Hindi and English by phone and WhatsApp while your licence is active. Updates are included while your licence is active. After expiry, we still help with accessing and exporting your data.
7. Lost or damaged pendrive
- In your first licence year: we replace a lost or damaged pendrive free of charge.
- After the first year: we replace it for the cost of the pendrive plus courier.
We can help restore your business data onto the new pendrive only from a usable backup that you provide. Because we do not keep copies of your business database, records that are not in an available backup may be lost, and we cannot guarantee recovery of data from a lost, damaged or unreadable pendrive. Please back up regularly.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep the pendrive safe, and take regular backups while your licence is active.
- Check your invoices, tax rates and GST returns. Grevity is a tool to prepare them; it is not tax or legal advice, and the accuracy of what you file is your responsibility.
- Use Grevity on a working Windows computer and keep it free of viruses.
- Use Grevity only for lawful business purposes.
9. What you may not do
- Copy, share, rent or resell the software or the licence.
- Try to bypass, crack or tamper with the licence or the pendrive lock.
- Reverse-engineer or modify the software, except where the law expressly allows it.
10. Ownership
The Grevity software, name and logo belong to us; your licence gives you the right to use them, not ownership. Your business data belongs to you.
11. Warranty
We will use reasonable skill and care to provide Grevity's advertised core functionality and to investigate and fix reproducible problems you report while your licence is active. Software may contain errors or be affected by things outside our reasonable control, so we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Problems caused by your computer, other software, viruses or misuse are outside our control. This clause does not exclude remedies required by law where the software or our services materially fail to match the features or specifications agreed at purchase.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Grevity stores data locally, and you are responsible for keeping appropriate backups. We are not responsible for data loss caused solely by not keeping backups, misuse of the software, or failure of equipment outside our reasonable control.
Subject to applicable law, our total contractual liability arising from the Grevity software or services will not exceed the fees you paid for the affected licence in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any remedy required by applicable consumer-protection law.
13. Ending the licence
If you materially breach these terms — for example by tampering with the licence or reselling the software — we will tell you about the breach and, where it can be corrected, give you a reasonable time to correct it. If it is not corrected within the time stated in our notice, we may suspend or end your licence. We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to stop serious misuse, security risks or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law. When we do, we will explain what it means for access to your existing business data. You can stop using Grevity at any time by not renewing; see our Refund Policy about payments already made.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the jurisdiction of any court, tribunal or statutory consumer forum that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. We would always prefer to sort out a problem by talking first — please contact us.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a licence year you have already paid for.
